RETURN OF GOODS

If it happens that the size of the swimsuit does not suit you, there is a return option. However, it must be done within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Swimsuits are carefully checked before shipping, if you receive a damaged piece or piece by mistake, just contact us by email:

Please send the returned swimsuit by registered mail to the address: Čtyřkoly 107, 25722 Čerčany Czech Republic 

(this postage is paid by the buyer)

After a careful check, we will send the exchanged goods with new ones back to your address. 

If the goods are assessed as damaged, they will be returned to your address without the right to new goods. 

Swimsuits must be sent back properly packed in an envelope so as not to damage the swimsuit.

The goods must not be used in any way. When testing, you should observe the basic hygiene requirements, namely testing on underwear. If you do not comply with the specified hygiene conditions, it would already be a matter of goods that cannot be returned based on Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection in the case of distance contracts due to their nature.

When returning goods, attach a copy of your invoice and a completed package return form.
